By completing the transaction, you agree and understand that: you are making a donation to Make My Donation (example), (any section has to mentioned, please advise). The Donate online option processes your charitable contribution and makes grants to the donor. Your credit card/billing statement will show your donation was made to “Make My Donation”.
If you wish to donate through the Service (“Donations”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Donation including, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card and so on.
You represent and warrant that:
(i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Donation; and that
(ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of your Donation.
