Ignite! is a unique intensive school strengthening program that spans for 2 years. We work with teachers, school leaders and parents.

Ignite! program aims to strengthen the knowledge and skills of educators and work with them to bring innovative practices to schools.

The objective of our program is to develop model schools that have a reputation for high teacher performance and motivation, rigorous student learning and strong parent engagement.

Pratham Books STEM library program:
Pratham Books launched a library research program in our school. The objective was to research on whether these kind of libraries can help students become aware about STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths), thereby developing their interest towards STEM subjects in future.

The program was implemented by Pragyam Foundation. Every week facilitator organised activities and book reading session. The activities were done prior to reading of a book to draw attention of students and also inform students about the upcoming reading.

Students developed a lot of interest in reading books and also many came up with numerous questions on STEM related topics, this was very encouraging.

Dream A Dream
The little plants need a beautiful garden where it can grow and bloom into the most beautiful flower. Raza school for me is like that beautiful garden, it provided me the creative playground where in past three years I was able to paint my ideas with different colours of innovation and spread them among the little plants that is the students.

With the cooperation of the school and the students, we have been successfully able to release 5 edition of 'Smile Magazine'. This magazine has not only became a source for every child to showcase and celebrate their art works but also have become a great source of motivation for them. For inspiring the students who are slow learners, a drawing competition was also arranged, where the teachers also participated. The success of this competition made the parents understand how through painting, creative arts the important life skills like self confidence, teamwork, self management can be build within the children.

I am really grateful to the Raza school and Dream A Dream for giving me this opportunity to inspire and make our young future grow in the most creative way to become life ready. Art is my passion and I promise I would continue enabling my students to dream, imagine and create a better version of themselves with each passing day through art and creativity.
